Mr Plod is the long arm of the law in Toyland and is good friends with Noddy and Big Ears. Always on the lookout for mischief makers, Mr Plod usually has his hands full chasing cheeky Goblins Sly and Gobbo around town, stopping them from causing distress to the other residents. He is friendly to everyone but can be very serious when required.
A hooped underbody gives Mr. Plod his rotund figure and his self-proclaimed handsome face comes courtesy of a moulded ABS head. It was discovered that Mr. Plod’s first name was Bill, although he prefers to be called Mr. or P.C. Plod by the residents of Toyland.
