Rover Character Costume

Blackburn’s Mascot Rover is a friendly canine character who likes to join in the fun, shouting instructions from the sidelines and generally causing mischief around the ground. Dressed in the familiar blue and white of Blackburn, Rover also likes to be involved in local charity events and press opportunities to raise awareness for good causes up and down the country.
